Welcome to our Samurai town “Yakage”
There are Yakage Honjin former Ishii Residence and Waki Honjin former Takakusa Residence, both of which are nationally important cultural properties, still exist in excellent shape and the town is full of history and culture.
There is an attractive street which will make you feel like you have taken a step back in time to the age of the samurai.
Besides the spirit of “hospitality” cultivated as a post town remains in Yakage Town.
